Jeremy Hall, founder, owner and lead HVAC technician at Balanced Air Heating and Cooling started a N. Olmsted HVAC company in North Olmsted in 2022. After working for several big heating and cooling (HVAC) companies as an HVAC technician, Jeremy found there was a need for affordable HVAC repairs and maintenance. As an employee Jeremy was called out on HVAC repair calls to fix the sub-par installation the lead technician performed, over and over again. He saw that customers were getting over charged and under served.  Jeremy was determined to start a new HVAC company that was more balanced - charging a fair price to the customer, providing stellar service and being able to make an honest living in the heating and cooling industry.

Jeremy got his HVAC License, HV.49710, in early 2022 and continues to invest in himself and his business with continuing education. He completed the mini split installation course and the Daikin fit installation and commissioning course in the same year.  Jeremy is licensed, insured and active in the North Olmsted small business community.  As a member of a N. Olmsted small business group, True North Networkers, Jeremy is connected with hundreds of local professionals and meets at the local chapter meetings weekly.
