Indoor Air Quality

Indoor air quality is directly related to your health and comfort in your home and at Balanced Air Heating and Cooling we prioritize the comfort of our customers.  What is heating and cooling if it isn't part of creating a comfortable and healthy environment in your space.  According to the EPA, "Americans, on average, spend approximately 90 percent of their time indoors, where the concentrations of some pollutants are often 2 to 5 times higher than typical outdoor concentrations."  And, unfortunately, those people with a lot of allergies or respiratory illness are likely to spend even more time indoors making the quality of their indoor air that much more important to their health, as well as their comfort.

Having good air quality is as vital, if not more, than having a well-working heating and cooling system.

At Balanced Air Heating and Cooling we'll never sell you on a humidifier, air cleaner or air purifying system. Unlike some other HVAC companies we NEVER aim to up-sell our customers.  But if you have a need and want us to consult you on the best systems we will steer you in the direction of the most affordable, with lowest maintenance and highest efficiency for your situation.  We currently install humidifiers, air cleaners and air purifiers as part of our Indoor Air Quality products.
